User impact: Users are unable to restore items from the recycle bin within SharePoint Online.

Current status: We’re internally validating and testing our developed code change that is expected to address the introduced regression and remediate the impact. In parallel, and while our validations are progressing, we’re confirming the most expedient method for deploying the solution and remediating the impact.
Scope of impact: Impact is specific to some users who are served through the affected infrastructure.
Root cause: A recent feature update to the recycling bin has inadvertently resulted in a regression, causing users to be unable to restore items from the recycle bin within SharePoint Online.
