User impact: Users may be unable to add public folders to favorites in Outlook on the web.
More info: Impacted users have the option to click ‘Add Public folder to Favorite’, but nothing happens when they try to perform the action.
Additionally, users that have access to the Outlook desktop client can use this as an alternative method of adding public folders to favorites.
Current status: We’ve observed that the fix saturation is approximately 97 percent complete, and while users should continue to see increasing relief as it progresses, we now anticipate that the fix will complete and fully resolve the issue by our next scheduled update.
Scope of impact: Some users attempting to add public folders to favorites in Outlook on the web may be impacted.
