More info: Affected users may encounter unexpected UI behavior when attempting to open .txt, .pdf. and .msg files through shortcuts in OneDrive for Business, seeing them displayed as empty folders rather than showing the expected content.
While we’re focused on remediation, users should be able to access the affected files directly through non-shortcut access methods as expected.
Current status: We’ve identified some recent service changes that appear to be resulting in impact. We’re continuing to investigate to verify our findings as we gear up for a potential fix deployment, which we anticipate we may be able to confirm a timeline for by our next scheduled communications update.
