More info: Impacted users had the option to click ‘Add Public folder to Favorite’, but nothing happened when they tried to perform the action.
Additionally, users that had access to the Outlook desktop client could use that as an alternative method of adding public folders to favorites.
Final status: We’ve completed deploying the fix to the impacted environments and confirmed with internal monitoring that the issue is resolved, and the impact is remediated.
Scope of impact: Some users that were attempting to add public folders to favorites in Outlook on the web may have been impacted.
