Current status: The backfill is taking longer than expected to complete, however, as the backfill progresses, admins will start experiencing mitigation relief. We’re anticipating that the backfill will complete before Monday, November 6, 2023, after which we’ll monitor the affected environment to ensure that impact has been fully remediated.
Scope of impact: Impact is specific to admins, who are served through the affected infrastructure, attempting to view their Monday, October 30, 2023 Copilot usage report in the Microsoft 365 admin center.

Root cause: An upstream data source, responsible for populating Copilot usage report data, has encountered data accuracy issues as a result of a pipeline path misconfiguration.
