Current status: While the process of backfilling delayed report data has progressed and we expect more users to no longer be experiencing impact, we’ve observed that it has not yet completed. We’re continuing to monitor the process to ensure its completion, and we’ll provide an updated remediation timeline as part of the next scheduled update.
Scope of impact: Impact is specific to admins, who are served through the affected infrastructure, attempting to view their Monday, October 30, 2023 Copilot usage report in the Microsoft 365 admin center.

Root cause: An upstream data source, responsible for populating Copilot usage report data, has encountered data accuracy issues as a result of a pipeline path misconfiguration.
