Current status: We’re in the final testing and validation phases for our fix. We expect deployment to the affected infrastructure to begin by the time of our next scheduled update.
Scope of impact: Impact is specific to some Mac OS users utilizing the Microsoft Teams Mac OS V2 application who are served through the affected infrastructure.

Root cause: A recent service update, applied to a section of infrastructure responsible for integration between Microsoft Teams and Outlook for Mac OS users, inadvertently contains a change which is causing impact.
