Final status: We’ve identified that a recent policy change to the process of updating authentication components in a portion of the Microsoft 365 admin center infrastructure caused a misconfiguration, resulting in impact. To remediate this issue, we’ve disabled the offending change and we’ve verified with affected users that this action has successfully resolved the problem.
