Current status: We’ve identified an upstream data quality issue which inadvertently caused unexpected errors, resulting in impact. We’re back-filling the impacted data in order to resolve the issue and expect to provide a completion timeline by our next scheduled update.
Scope of impact: Any admin who is attempting to view Outlook usage from 12/14/2023 to 12/21/2023 in the Microsoft 365 apps report or Flexible work insight in Adoption Score may be impacted.
