User impact: Users may be unable to switch audio tracks within Microsoft Stream.
Current status: The fix has finished deployment and we’ve confirmed that the issue that was causing video protection keys to operate in a suboptimal state has been resolved. We’ve begun re-deploying the new feature which allows users to use alternate audio files for media to the affected environment. We anticipate the feature to reach all users by Tuesday, January 16, 2024.
Scope of impact: Some users don’t have the expected option to switch audio tracks within Microsoft Stream.

Root cause: A code issue uncovered by a new feature added to the Microsoft Stream service i is causing the new feature to not function as expected.
