Final status: We’ve received confirmation from some admins who initially reported the issue that our efforts of reverting the offending update were successful, and the impact is remediated.

Root cause: A recent service update to the Exchange Online API configuration contained a code regression and prevented admins from creating DDGs in the Exchange admin center.
Next steps:
– We’re further reviewing the service update to understand how the code regression was introduced, and to understand what prevented it from being detected in our update testing and validation procedures, which will allow us to prevent similar issues in future updates.
