User impact: Users may not see the caller ID for incoming PSTN calls.
More info: This issue may impact both the desktop client and web app of Microsoft Teams.
As a workaround and if applicable, affected users are able to migrate to the new Microsoft Teams as this only affects the old version.
Current status: We’ve concluded the process of deploying our fix to the affected infrastructure, and we’re awaiting feedback from affected users confirming whether impact has been remediated.
Scope of impact: This issue may potentially affect any user receiving incoming PSTN calls.

Root cause: A recent configuration change for caller ID in Microsoft Teams is inadvertently preventing caller IDs from showing for incoming PSTN calls.
