Final status: We’ve identified that a section of infrastructure, that facilitates access to the Office.com page, was performing below our acceptable performance thresholds, leading to impact with apps in the Microsoft365.com page. We’ve optimized performance parameters on the affected infrastructure and confirmed via monitoring service telemetry, that impact has been remediated.

Scope of impact: Impact was specific to some users who were served through the affected infrastructure.
