Title: Users may see a blank screen and be unable to view screens shared by Teams Meeting Room (MTR) devices on mobile clients
User impact: Users may see a blank screen and be unable to view screens shared by MTR devices on Microsoft Teams mobile clients.
More info: Impact is specific to Android and iOS users.
While we’re working to remediate impact, affected users that have access to the desktop or web clients may use these connection methods to bypass the issue and view screens shared from MTR devices.
Users can manually update to the iOS Microsoft Teams app (Version 6.2.0) to resolve the problem for iOS devices, which is currently available to update from the app store.

Current status: We’ve completed our deployment of the fix for Android devices, and users with automatic updates should receive the fixed build version for their device. Any user without automatic updates can receive the updated build version through the Play Store. Versions 1416/1.0.0.202402xxxx or higher contain the fix.
For iOS users, our deployment of the fix is ongoing. Currently it has reached two percent of affected users. Users may be able to begin receiving the update by manually updating through the App Store.

Scope of impact: Any user attempting to view screens shared from MTR devices on Android and iOS may be impacted.
