Final status: We’ve confirmed with previously affected users that impact has been remediated following our fix to block the unnecessary retries.

Root cause: Constant form flow requests had caused a subset of infrastructure, intended to handle those requests, to work below optimal standards, causing the impact.

Next steps:
– We will continue to monitor the service health telemetry as well as investigate why the affected component wasn’t functioning properly to help prevent similar issues in the future.
