User impact: Admins may have been unable to access the Groups section in the Exchange admin center.

More info: Admins could’ve used PowerShell to replicate the functionality found in the Groups section of the Exchange admin center.

Final status: We’ve confirmed in our test accounts that this issue is no longer occurring, and we’ve determined that reverting the problematic change has resolved the issue.

Scope of impact: Any admin attempting to access the Groups section in the Exchange admin center may have been impacted.

Root cause: Changes contained within a recent migration of our access control authentication service introduced this issue.
