More info: This issue specifically impacts items which were newly created or updated recently. Additionally, affected users’ recent News items in the News web part may be missing or disappear when pages load.
Current status: While we’re continuing to re-index items, which is providing relief for affected users, we’re optimizing a process to identify impacted items and expedite their resolution. We anticipate this list will take some time to accumulate to ensure its completeness and we expect an initial pass to complete by March 8, 2024. Further updates on the status of our repair and resolution timeline will be provided once available.
Scope of impact: This issue may impact the availability of some items when users perform content searches or use the News web part in SharePoint Online.
