More info: At this time, we recommend refraining from editing existing policies until we have resolved the underlying cause.
Current status: We’re continuing our efforts to revert the potentially offending code change in anticipation that this will remediate the impact. In parallel, we’re reviewing additional logging to help confirm whether the code change is the root cause of impact.
Scope of impact: Admins serviced by the affected infrastructure may be unable to see conditions for communications compliance policies in the compliance portal.
