User impact: Users may be unable to access the Forms pane within Microsoft PowerPoint.

More info: Users who are members of Education organizations additionally may be unable to access the Forms pane within Microsoft OneNote.

Where possible, users can access the data in the Forms pane by navigating to the Microsoft Forms portal directly in their web browser.

Current status: Our investigation has determined that a recent update to the Microsoft Forms code base responsible for facilitating the affected integrations introduced a code issue that’s leading to impact. We’re reverting the offending update to repair this issue, after which we’ll monitor our service telemetry to confirm that impact is remediated.

Scope of impact: Any user attempting to access the Forms pane within Microsoft PowerPoint may be impacted. Additionally, users who are members of Education organizations and are attempting to access the Forms pane within Microsoft OneNote may be impacted.
