More info: Items in search driven results may appear to be out of date or incomplete. Items within the search index that may be impacted were created or updated prior to Monday, February 5, 2024. Any content added or modified after February 5, 2024, isn’t impacted. Source content isn’t impacted by this incident.

Current status: As we continue to make manual adjustments to the search index discrepancy and provide relief for isolated impacted users, we’re finalizing our list of affected system items and have confirmed that our solution remains on schedule to begin deployment by Thursday, March 14, 2024. We’re expecting for this deployment to remediate the SharePoint Online content search result problems, and we’ll share an updated timeline for its deployment by our next scheduled update.

Scope of impact: This issue may impact the availability of some items when users perform content searches or use the News web part in SharePoint Online.
