User impact: Users may be unable to access the OneDrive for Business service.
Current status: While preparing to revert the offending service change, we determined that a more expeditious method without causing impact to other services was to redirect traffic to infrastructure that isn’t using a specific Content Delivery Network (CDN). We’ve completed redirecting traffic and confirmed with internal testing that the access to the service is restored. Additionally, we’re continuing to monitor service availability while we revert the offending change to ensure the impact doesn’t reoccur.
Scope of impact: Users attempting to access OneDrive for Business may be impacted.
