User impact: Users may be unable to view or use the scroll bar after composing an Outlook on the web email using the “To” button.

More info: Specifically, the scroll bar for contact lists may not appear and while we work on remediation, users may be able to search for the intended user or utilize the desktop client as interim workarounds.

Current status: Our HAR log analysis has focused our investigation to a potential code issue associated with the scroll bar within Outlook on the web. We’re further analyzing a portion of the Outlook on the web code to help us confirm our findings and to isolate our next steps for remediating the impact.

Scope of impact: Any user serviced by the affected infrastructure who is attempting to compose an email using the “To” button may be impacted.
