Current status: We’ve received a report of an issue in which some users may incorrectly see a blank workbook when creating group forms for Excel from SharePoint Online. We’ve reviewed diagnostic details from a reproduction of the incident and initiated a rollback action to remediate impact. A long-term fix has been deployed and we’ll continue to monitor the service as we expect the fix will complete by our next scheduled update.
