User impact: Users may be unable to view or use the scroll bar after composing an Outlook on the web email using the “To” button.

More info: Specifically, the scroll bar for contact lists may not appear and while we work on remediation, users may be able to search for the intended user or utilize the desktop client as interim workarounds.

Current status: We’re continuing to await feedback from affected users to validate that reverting the update has remediated impact as expected.

Scope of impact: Any user serviced by the affected infrastructure who is attempting to compose an email using the “To” button may be impacted.

Root cause: A recent service update contains a code regression, which is resulting in impact.
