Final status: This is a continuation of MO778766. As a restatement of our prior communications for this event, we identified that a service deployment introduced a compatibility issue for Graph API requests concerning group workloads and conversation data. After reverting the update, we developed an additional fix and identified a way to expedite its implementation to resolve the API compatibility issue. Following these actions, we confirmed that the fix deployment has completed and the impact is remediated.
