Microsoft Teams Q&A has introduced two new features, Voting and Archiving, to enhance the management of town hall meetings, webinars, and training sessions.
Voting allows attendees to prioritize key questions by upvoting them, moving them to the top of the Q&A feed. This feature offers options such as Automatic, Fair Voting, and Sorting, providing flexibility for both attendees and organizers. Attendees can vote once per question, ensuring a fair and interactive experience.
On the other hand, Archiving enables organizers to keep the Q&A feed clean by moving older or irrelevant questions to a separate archive. This feature is selective, allowing organizers to archive all or specific questions, maintaining focus on current discussions. Both attendees and organizers can access archived questions through the filter option.
By incorporating Voting and Archiving features, Teams Q&A ensures that meetings are interactive, focused, and productive. These tools help in engaging the audience effectively and organizing the Q&A session efficiently. To explore these features further and optimize your town hall experience, visit https://aka.ms/GetQnA.
