Microsoft will be updating the design of the Purview Message Encryption portal to match the Purview branding. This includes changes to fonts, colors, controls, and more. These updates are aimed at improving the user experience without any disruptions. The changes will be rolled out between mid-October 2024 and mid-December 2024.
Users will notice minor design changes in the user interface, such as updates to fonts, colors, controls, and more to align with the Purview branding.
Some examples of the changes include:
1. Login screen: Changes to message positioning and the shape of the login button.
2. One-time passcode screen: Updates to message positioning and branding to Microsoft Purview Message Encryption in the footer.
3. View and reply mail: Refreshed icons and fonts.
4. Repositioning of some buttons in the mail editor.
Screenshots of the changes can be viewed before and after the updates to see the differences in branding customization. If your organization has documentation with screenshots of the portal, it may be a good idea to update them accordingly.
