We are thrilled to let you know that the new calendar in Teams is now available for commercial customers. This new calendar is user-friendly and reliable, incorporating the latest features like Microsoft Copilot and Places to enhance your scheduling and time management. It offers a unified experience with Outlook, so you can enjoy a modern and intelligent calendar in both Teams and Outlook.

The new calendar integrates the Outlook calendar into Teams, providing a seamless calendar experience. It includes features like delegate access, print support, expanded calendar settings, filtering, support for multiple time zones, time suggestions, and attachments. The new calendar also incorporates innovative features like managed booking from Copilot and workplace presence from Places. With a Teams Premium license, you can access advanced features like quick book and Places finder.

Additionally, the new calendar offers new views such as Month View, Split View, Time Scale, Saved Views, and Weather Display. You can customize your calendar settings, share it with others, and print it. The new calendar can also be popped out as a separate window for multitasking.

Scheduling meetings is now easier with the new calendar. You can create meetings from the quick view or the scheduling form, which includes meeting options and templates. You can access meeting artifacts directly from the peek view
