Exciting news for frontline workers! We have introduced some new features in Shared Device Mode (SDM) to make accessing Teams and essential tools easier and more efficient. One big update is that Jamf support for SDM is now available for iOS devices, allowing for easy setup and device compliance. Intune has already supported SDM for Android and iOS devices since 2023 and 2024 respectively.
Additionally, Microsoft apps on SDM are now available for iOS devices, including the unified Microsoft 365 app. For more information on supported apps for SDM, check out the provided links.
